The Desert Southwest Chapter is based in Phoenix, AZ with branch offices in Tucson, AZ and Albuquerque, NM.  We are proud to contribute more than $6 million annually to diabetes research, as well as provide educational information and support to newly diagnosed individuals and their families.

JDRF's mission is:  to find a cure for diabetes and its complications through the support of research.  The chapter operates under the direction of a volunteer board of directors, working with professional staff and volunteers.

If you or someone you know was recently diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes, call us for information regarding education, support groups and activities.

The DSW chapter hosts many events throughout the year to help raise money to find a cure:

Walk to Cure Diabetes
Come join the thousands of walkers at one of the five Walks located in Tempe, Glendale, Tucson and New Mexico.

The Promise Ball
The Promise Ball is held every winter in Phoenix.  This black tie event raises money and awareness through silent and live auctions and Fund-A-Cure.

Golf Tournaments
Both Southern Arizona and New Mexico host annual golf tournaments which include silent and live auctions and Fund-A-Cure.

Additionally, the DSW Chapter plans family and networking activities year round, including picnics, art days, support groups and more.

Contact DSW today and become a part of our family where JDRF is improving lives while searching for a cure.
